The terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Jovhannah Tisdale's Website, located at sacredwellnessalchemist.com and/or jovhannahtisdale.com.

 

Effective as of April 2025

 

Welcome to Sacred Wellness Alchemist™, owned and operated by Jovhannah Tisdale. By enrolling in any of our programs, coaching sessions, or energy healing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Disclaimer

 

Sacred Wellness Alchemist™ offers holistic wellness services, spiritual coaching, and energy healing. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support when necessary.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any program or coaching service. By enrolling, you affirm that you are of legal age and capable of making decisions for your personal well-being.

 

3. Confidentiality

 

All coaching sessions and client communications are confidential. Your privacy is deeply respected. However, confidentiality may be broken if there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

 

4. Results Disclaimer

 

Individual results vary. While many clients experience deep transformation, Sacred Wellness Alchemist™ does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, energy healing, or courses. Your results are based on your own effort, commitment, and openness to the process.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

 

All payments are due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Due to the nature of digital and energetic services, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unsure, book a Sacred Wellness Assessment or Discovery Call before enrolling.

 

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations (For Coaching & Sessions)

 

24-hour notice is required for all rescheduling of live 1:1 sessions. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may forfeit that session without refund. Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of coaching access at the discretion of Sacred Wellness Alchemist™.

 

7. Course Access & Usage

 

All course materials are for your personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or reselling of materials is strictly prohibited. Your access to digital content may be time-limited depending on the program.

 

8. Community Guidelines

 

Respect and kindness are required in any group forums, calls, or community spaces. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or bullying of any kind will result in removal without refund.

 

Rules & Regulations

  1. Respect the Sacred Space – Whether in a course, session, or live call, come with an open heart and a willingness to heal and grow. Respect the time, energy, and contributions of others.

  3. No Substitutions – You may not substitute someone else in your place for coaching or a session without prior approval.

  4.  

  5. No Medical Advice – Coaching and energy healing are complementary to—not substitutes for—medical treatment. We do not diagnose or prescribe.

  7. Stay Engaged – Your healing journey is your responsibility. Show up, do the work, and ask for support when needed. Your transformation is co-created.

  9. All Materials Are Sacred – All meditations, workbooks, course videos, and teachings are intellectual property of Jovhannah Tisdale. Do not share them without express permission.

  11. Honor the Energetic Exchange – All programs, coaching, and sessions are priced to reflect the energetic value and time investment. Please do not request discounts or refunds unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.
